(NORTH) HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Monday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a theft call at HEB in the 28500 block of I-45. the store manager said a woman accompanied by a juvenile boy entered the store and concealed nearly $400 worth of cosmetics, and then left the store without paying. The suspect was also allegedly seen using the boy to conceal merchandise.
Video surveillance captured images of the suspect and she is described as a black woman, who was wearing a green t-shirt and black sweater. She fled the scene in a gold colored vehicle.
