DPS is conducting an enhanced statewide enforcement effort on Wednesday, May 14, to enforce the Move Over, Slow Down law. DPS Troopers will be out in force as part of a joint effort with our neighboring law enforcement partners in Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico and Oklahoma. Together, we are working to make roadways safer for officers and first responders working on the side of the road. Please do your part: Always Move Over or Slow Down. It’s the law.
