District 1 – Lt. Kevin Ray (North County)

On 10-26-2015, Deputy Cross and Collignon were dispatched to the Mt Zion Rd area, regarding a criminal trespass of a habitation. Upon arrival, they met with the complainant and home owner. The complainant stated that she had caught a male in her home on three different occasions attempting to have a sexual relationship with her daughter. The male was advised he was not welcome on three different occasions at this home and continued to come over anyway. Subject was arrested and charged with criminal trespass of a home and taken to the Montgomery County jail without incident.

On 10-27-2015, Deputy Collignon, along with Deputy Cross, were dispatched to the 13000 Block of Capitan Circle, in reference to an assault. Upon arrival, the Deputies learned that two females on location were arguing. During the confrontation, one of the females sat down on a couch and the second female accosted her from behind, throwing her to the ground. The female aggressor was arrested and charged with assault.

On 10-28-2015, Deputy Martin was running routine traffic enforcement on Highway 105 East. Deputy Martin stopped a motor vehicle and completed a driver’s license check. During the check, the driver was determined to be wanted for numerous misdemeanor violations. These warrants were confirmed and the male subject was arrested.

On 10-29-2015, Deputy Martin observed a vehicle driving north on Highway 75, with a front headlamp out. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was identified. During the stop, Deputy Martin could smell the odor of an alcoholic beverage on his person. After an investigation, the driver was arrested and transported to Montgomery County jail. The subject was charged with driving while intoxicated.

On 10-30-2015, Deputy Campos observed a red passenger car travelling westbound on Calvary Road. The vehicle was stopped for no license plate lights. The female driver was identified and a routine check of her license was done. During the license check, the female was found to have a felony warrant for her arrest. The warrant was confirmed and the female was taken into custody without incident.
