District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)

A 54 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 9:05am, November 15, in the 15600 block of Lombard by Deputy A. Terrell for a theft warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a welfare concern. The male was transported to jail.

A 22 year old male from Lufkin was arrested at 6:59pm, November 15, in the area of Hwy 105 E and Old Hwy 105 by Deputy S. Degner for a misapplication fiduciary property warrant out of Montgomery County. The male was a passenger in a vehicle on a traffic stop. The male was transported to jail.

A 24 year old male from Willis was arrested at 11:18pm, November 15, in the 15300 block of Rusty Lane by Deputy C. Santoro for a DWI motion to revoke probation warrant out of Travis County. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance call the male was involved in and was found hiding under a trailer. The male was taken to jail.

On November 16, Deputy S. Squier was sent to the area of Longstreet and Weir Creek Road in reference to a welfare concern. The Deputy located the male involved and he was found to be intoxicated. He had driven his vehicle into a ditch on the opposite side of the roadway. The 49 year old male from Willis was arrested at 1:09am, charged with DWI 2nd and taken to jail.

A 20 year old male from Willis was arrested at 1:57am, November 16, in the area of Cude Cemetery Road and FM 3083 by Deputy S. Degner for a DWI warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a suspicious person call. The male was transported to jail.

A 32 year old male from Montgomery was arrested at 11:03am, November 16, in the 12600 block of FM 1097 by Deputy J. Kader for six traffic warrants out of Conroe PD.

The Deputy stopped the male on a traffic violation. The male was taken to jail.

On November 16, Sgt. J. Varnell stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 11800 block of Calvary Road and found the driver to be intoxicated. His driver’s license was also found to be invalid. The 45 year old male from Willis was arrested at 11:56pm for DWI and driving while license invalid. A 44 year old male passenger, also from Willis, was also arrested for public intoxication. Both males were transported to jail.

On November 17, Sgt. C. Rogers observed a traffic violation at the intersection of County Line Road and Rose Road. The Deputy got into a pursuit of the vehicle that continued into San Jacinto County. Speeds were in excess of 90 mph. The vehicle ended up in a ditch and the 21 year old female driver, from Cleveland, that was not injured, was arrested at 2:37am, charged with evading in a vehicle and transported to jail.

A 36 year old female from Willis was arrested at 10:18am, November 17, in the 13000 block of Calvary Road by Deputy A. Terrell for a tampering with physical evidence warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was assisting a detective on the warrant service. The female was taken to jail.

An 18 year old female from Willis was arrested at 1:59pm, November 17, in the 1200 block of S. Frazier by Deputy J. Kader for an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon warrant out of Montgomery County. The female was listed as a fugitive felon. The female was transported to jail.

On November 17, Deputies J. Reuvers and A. Cross responded to the 300 block of S. Loop 336 W in reference to a runaway child. The Deputies met with a female complainant who advised her 15 year old daughter had run away and had likely gone to her boyfriend’s residence. The Deputies went to the 15700 block of FM 3083 and met with the 18 year old boyfriend who denied the female was on location. The Deputies were given consent to search the house and located the female hiding in the attic. The 18 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 3:28pm, charged with harboring a runaway child and taken to jail. The 15 year old female runaway was taken to juvenile detention.

On November 17, Sgt. P. Smith was notified of a verbal disturbance in the area of South Leeshore Drive and Shadow Bay Drive. The Deputy located an intoxicated female standing in the roadway. The 43 year old female from Willis was arrested at 6:41pm and transported to jail.

On November 17, Deputy K. Underwood was sent to the 12100 block of Douget Road in reference to a disturbance involving a male with a hammer. The Deputy met with a male suspect on location who was holding the hammer in his hand. During the investigation the Deputy found out the male had a probation violation warrant out of New Mexico and after being detained marijuana was discovered in the male’s pocket. The 37 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 10:27pm, charged with the warrant and possession of marijuana and transported to jail.

On November 18, Deputy J. Kader was dispatched to the 7800 block of County Line Road in reference to a possible DWI. Witnesses advised the male driver appeared to be passed out in his vehicle that was in the roadway blocking a lane of traffic. When the Deputy arrived the male was being treated by EMS. The male refused to go to the hospital. The male was intoxicated and was also in possession of a controlled substance. The 58 year old male from Willis was arrested, charged with DWI and possession of a controlled substance and taken to jail.

On November 20, Deputy K. Albritton responded to the 10900 block of Quinlan North Lake Drive for a family violence assault call. The Deputy met with a male complainant who stated he and his wife had gotten into an argument and that she got angry and grabbed a knife and came toward him as if to stab him. He was able to grab her and the knife and push her away. She picked up another knife and threw it at him barely missing him. The 41 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 7:11pm and taken to jail.

A 33 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 7:35pm, November 21, in the area of FM 1484 and Willis Waukegan Road by Deputy K. Albritton for a failure to appear (child support) warrant out of Travis County. The male was stopped on a traffic violation. The male was transported to jail.

A 40 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 7:50pm, November 21, in the 8200 block of Crighton Road by Sgt. P. Smith for a public intoxication warrant and a failure to appear warrant, both out of Montgomery County. The Deputy located the male on the side of the road passed out due to intoxication. The male received a citation for public intoxication and was taken to jail on the two warrants.

District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)

On November 15, 2010, Sergeant Hammons arrested a 25 year old male from Spring for Driving While Intoxicated. The suspect had been observed weaving in traffic, and several times almost hitting other vehicles as well as almost rear-ending an 18-wheeler. Sergeant Hammons located the vehicle and after witnessing the vehicle unable to maintain a single lane of travel conducted a traffic stop. The driver had dilated-glassy eyes, slurred speech and was very lethargic. Due to the driver’s intoxicated state, he was unable to perform the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests correctly. The driver was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. The passenger of the vehicle, 25 year old female from Willis, was also arrested due to her being in possession of five Soma pills without a prescription. She was transported to the Montgomery County Jail charged with Possession of Controlled Substance.

On November 21, 2010, Deputy Underwood arrested a 27 year old female and a 23 year old male both from Spring, after responding to a Disturbance in Progress call at 107 Rayford Road. The male suspect had red bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, and a heavy odor of alcohol, which became stronger as he spoke. He was taken into custody charged with Public Intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. The female suspect returned to the scene and also appeared to be heavily intoxicated. During the course of the investigation, the female suspect was also found to be in possession of 25.89 grams of Hydrocodone. She was taken into custody charged with Public Intoxication and Possession of a Controlled Substance, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)

On 11/22/10 Deputy Amstutz was dispatched to the 24000 block of Wayne Rd. in reference to an Assault call. Upon his arrival he met with the victim and learned that the suspect had slammed her into a door and had taken his hands and put them around her throat until she couldn’t breathe. The suspect further threatened to kill the female. The suspect, a 33 year old male from Porter was arrested and charged with Assault by Strangulation, a Second Degree Felony.

On 11/23/10 Deputy Ashmore was dispatched to the 26000 block of Kingsport in reference to Violation of a Protective Order. Upon his arrival he found that the suspect had arrived at the residence uninvited and unannounced to speak with parties on scene. It was confirmed there was an active Protective Order in place keeping the suspect from that residence. The suspect, a 40 year old male from Splendora was arrested and charged with Violation of a Protective Order.

On 11/24/10 Deputy Martinez was dispatched to the 21000 block of Dunn St. in reference to a Theft in progress call. Prior to her arrival DPS Trooper Lopez had arrived on scene and located two suspects that were observed stealing copper wire from a residence. One of the suspects then began to resist arrest and was taken into custody. A 42 year old male from New Caney was charged with Burglary of a Building, Theft of Copper, Resisting Arrest and had an active warrant for Assault. The second suspect, a 35 year old female from New Caney was charged with Burglary of a Building and Theft of Copper.

On 11/24/10 Deputy Walker was dispatched to the 21000 block of Morris St. in reference to an Indecent Exposure call. The caller advised that a male was standing in the roadway masturbating. The suspect, a 68 year old male from New Caney was a registered sex offender. He was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure.

On 11/24/10 Deputy Rippley was investigation the report of a stolen ATV. The Deputy encountered two males in the 13000 block of FM 1485 and one of the males began acting nervous. During a pat down search of one of the males a small baggie of methamphetamine was located. The suspect, a 23 year old male from Conroe was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.

District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)

On November 21st Sergeant Hernandez and Deputy Tavarez were dispatched to Abney Lane in reference to a Disturbance. Upon arrival the Deputies met with a 47 year old male subject. The subject was highly intoxicated and could not maintain his balance. Due the subject’s high level of intoxication and believing him to be a danger to himself, Deputy Tavarez placed him under arrest for Public Intoxication and transported him to the South County Jail.

On November 21st Sergeant Sumrall received information from Dispatch about a possible intoxicated driver being followed by another driver. The witness told dispatchers that driving the suspect vehicle was swerving and would speed up and slows down for no apparent reason. Sergeant Sumrall stopped the truck in the Hazy Hollow subdivision. The Sergeant could smell odor of an alcoholic beverage. The driver exited his vehicle and was unsteady on his feet. The subject performed or tried to perform a Standard Field Sobriety Test and then a breath test was administered. The results indicated the subject was intoxicated at which time he was arrested to Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On November 20th Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to the 25000 Block of Hardin Store Road in reference to a man sleeping in his truck on the side of the road. Upon arrival the Deputy observed a 22 year old subject walking down the side of the road. The subject thought he was in Houston and had no idea where he was. The subject was arrested for Public Intoxication and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail.

On November 20th Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to Perth Circle in reference to a Family Violence in Progress. Upon arrival the Deputy met with the Complainant who advised that her husband had pushed her against a wall and then grabbed her around the neck and started to strangle her. The Complainant’s husband, a 23 year old male subject was taken into custody for Felony Assault Strangulation and transported to the South County Jail.

District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch (Northwest County)

On November 17th Sgt. Peckne and Deputy Fluellen responded to the 14600 block of SH 105 W in regards to a Suspicious Person sitting inside a vehicle at a local fast food restaurant. Investigation revealed that the female inside the vehicle appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Further investigation revealed that the female subject was in possession of marijuana. The subject was then arrested for Possession of Marijuana and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

On November 20th Deputy’s Garner and Lowe responded to Sharp Rd in regards to an Assault. It was learned that an adult male on location had been involved in a physical altercation with other family members. Deputies learned that this male subject had pointed a handgun at several persons while making threats, held several people inside the residence, not allowing them to leave and interrupted someone while attempting to make contact with 911. Deputies located and arrested this individual for Aggravated Assault, Unlawful Restraint and Interference with an Emergency Phone Call. The subject was then placed into the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On November 20th Deputy Fluellen conducted a Traffic Stop along the 11800 block of Thoreau on a vehicle which had been reported driving in an erratic manner down Walden Rd. Upon making contact with the male driver it was suspicioned that the individual may be intoxicated. The male subject was then administered several standard field sobriety tests and subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated where he was placed into the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On November 22nd Sgt. Peckne responded to the 3000 block of Pine Chase in regards to a Disturbance. It was learned that an adult male had been involved in a verbal altercation with his mother. During the investigation deputies observed a stolen sign in the male subject’s bedroom. The male was subsequently arrested for Possession of Stolen Property and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)

On November 20, 2010, Deputy Martin was at The Woodlands mall when he was notified by mall security of a Hispanic male following a 14 year female from store to store. Deputy Martin met with the child and she pointed out a male suspect who had been following her throughout the mall and she had seen him crawling on the floor close to her. Deputy Martin detained and identified the suspect as a 34 year old male from Huntsville. Deputy Martin checked the photos on the man’s cell phone and found a video of the juvenile taken from the floor angle. The suspect was taken into custody charged with Improper Photography and Video (SJF), and a $60,000 bond was set along with a hold from ICE.

On November 21, 2010, Deputy Aguilar observed two vehicles traveling at a high rate of speed and honking at each other as they were traveling westbound on Research Forest. Deputy Aguilar conducted a traffic stop on both vehicles. After contacting the District Attorney’s Office, both drivers, 17 year old male and 18 year old male both from The Woodlands, were arrested and charged with Racing. They were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On November 21, 2010, Deputy Nedrow responded to a single vehicle accident in the 5700 block of Research Forest. The driver, 18 year old male from The Woodlands, stated that he had looked down to dial his phone, hit the curb and over corrected and hit the trees. While talking with the suspect, Deputy Nedrow noticed him to have the odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath, slurred speech, and trouble balancing. After being checked out by EMS and refusing transport, the suspect was taken into custody for Driving Under the Influence – Minor, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

The following Shoplifting Arrests were reported:

11/12 – Deputy Martin arrested a 17-year-old female from Spring, for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspect attempted to take $56.29 worth of merchandise from Icing. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. A second suspect, 17-year-old female from Houston, was issued a Class C Citation for Theft for taking $26.52 worth of merchandise.

11/14 – Deputy Whitworth arrested a 14 year old female from Spring, for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspect attempted to take $124.00 worth of jewelry from J.C. Penny’s. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center without incident.

11/15 – Deputy Schmaltz arrested a 32 year old male from Conroe, for Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect attempted to take $89 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

11/15 – Deputy Schmaltz arrested a 48 year old male from Willis, for Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect attempted to take $48 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody charged with State Jail Felony Theft of Copper, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

11/15 – Deputy Houstoun arrested 14-year-old female, for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspect attempted to take $52.00 worth of merchandise from J.C. Penny’s. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center without incident.

11/16 – Deputy Houstoun arrested a 16-year-old male and a 17 year old male both from Spring for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspects attempted to take $50.00 worth of merchandise from J.C. Penny’s. The suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility and Montgomery County Jail charged with class b misdemeanor theft.

11/17 – Deputy Houstoun arrested a 23 year old female from Montgomery for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspect attempted to take $98.98 worth of merchandise from Macy’s. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

11/18 – Deputy Epperson and Deputy McCoy arrested an 18 year old male from Magnolia for Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect attempted to take $59.88 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
