Montgomery County Constable Pct. 4 Deputies served 43 civil papers, 8 evictions and 5 writs throughout East Montgomery County. Numerous suspects were arrested, clearing 53 JP4 warrants and 5 Montgomery County warrants. Constable Hayden personally arrested 10 suspects who had outstanding JP 4 warrants.
No Driver’s License, No Insurance, No Way!
8 vehicles were towed in East Montgomery County last week because drivers had no license and/or no insurance and 9 were towed because drivers were arrested. One person arrested was a minor who is charged with driving under the influence.

Driving with drugs & without headlights – not a bright idea
Around 2 a.m. on August 26, Deputy J. Bergland stopped a 1992 Ford F-150 on FM 3083 for driving at night without headlights. The driver and passenger’s behavior led Deputy Bergland to request consent to search the vehicle, which was granted. Inside the pickup, he found substances that tested positive as cocaine and methamphetamine. The passenger, Kristina Kay Breazeale, 30, of Conroe owns the vehicle and stated the drugs were hers. Breazeale is charged with third-degree felony possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) and state jail felony possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
But wait – there’s more!
When Sgt. R. Warwick went the home of 49-year-old Damon Wade McClain in the 21000 block of Leonard St. in New Caney execute four outstanding Justice of the Peace Precinct 4 warrants on August 26, the sergeant left with more than the suspect. McClain, who was conveniently waiting outside on the driveway, also had marijuana on his person. McClain is charged with possession of marijuana and outstanding warrants for failure to control speed, diving while license suspended, violate promise to appear, and failure to appear.

Running scared…
On August 27, around 6:45 p.m., Deputy A. Boudreaux and Cpl. A. Looza were on patrol in the 17600 block of FM 1485 when they noticed a vehicle begin to pull out of a driveway, then stop and back down the driveway after the female driver noticed their patrol vehicle. As Deputy Boudreaux and Cpl. Looza turned into the driveway, they saw a white male run away. The same male and another man subsequently came out of their apartment and approached officers. A search of the residence revealed 32-year-old Bryan Michael Krieger, of New Caney was in possession of an Army helmet, a sawed-off shotgun and matching ammunition. Krieger is charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by felon, possession of a prohibited weapon and felon in possession of body armor, which are all third-degree felonies.
