HARRIS COUNTY, TX- Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office arrested a woman last week following an armed altercation in north Harris County.
On October 2, 2025, deputies responded to a disturbance call in the 14300 block of Ella Boulevard. Upon arrival, investigators determined that Galonda Russell had been involved in a verbal dispute with another woman.
According to Constable Herman’s Office, the confrontation escalated when Russell allegedly pointed a firearm at the victim and took her car keys and cell phone.
Russell was taken into custody at the scene and transported to the Harris County Jail, where she was charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
“Galonda Russell was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Her bond was set at $20,000 out of the 228th District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
