WOMAN WANTED BY MONTGOMERY COUNTY TRIES TO RUN FROM DEPUTIES

On June 2, 2018, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office initiated a traffic stop of a vehicle in the 26400 block of West Hardy Road. The driver was identified as Andrea Bernard and it was discovered she had an open warrant out of Montgomery County. During the course of the traffic stop Bernard fled on foot and was located and detained with the aid of a Precinct 4 K9.

“Andrea Bernard was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Evading Arrest / Detention. Her bond is set at $1,000.00 out of County Court 06. She will be released to Montgomery County Officials for the warrant once the Harris County Charge is resolved.” – Constable Mark HermanAndrea Bernard
