Tuesday was a strange day for Woodforest Bank. First the two attempted robberies of the Woodforest Bank in the 1100 block of the North Loop in Conroe. In that incident the same black male, wearing a mask, hoodie and a gun in his waistband attempted to rob the bank twice before it opened . The first time just after 8 am and the second just minutes before 8:30am when they unlock their doors to start the business day. Both times the robber was met by locked doors.
Then at 432pm the Woodforest Bank inside Wal-Mart at 2165 Northpark in Kingwood was robbed. This time it was by what is believed to be the same female that robbed them on January 6.
In the Tuesday incident she approached the teller and stated,”I’m back”. There was no weapon displayed but she was given an undetermined amount of money. She then left on foot out the door and to the rear of the Wal-Mart.
The robber is described as a female approximately 40 to 45 years of age, 5 feet 6 inches, 130 pounds with dirty blonde hair. She wore a white and black fleece, a hooded jacket and white gloves.
On the January 6 robbery she wore a red hooded jacket.
