Monday morning around 9:30 AM the Comerica Bank on Woodlands Parkway was robbed at
gunpoint.
Today a suspect who is believed to be a Hispanic male entered the Comerica Bank located at
6417 Woodlands Parkway and John Cooper Drive. The suspect demanded money at gunpoint
from one of the tellers and then fled the bank on foot. No one was injured during the
commission of the crime.
Deputies with the Sheriff’s Office arrived within minutes and began a systematic search of the
area but a suspect could not be found. The suspect was described as Hispanic, mid-to-late
twenties, approximately 6 ft and heavy with dark brown hair. He was described as wearing a
blue shirt, dark pants, and wearing wire rim glasses.
In-bank surveillance photos may be released at a later date.
