Army Pfd. Kyle M. Holder died yesterday in Afghanistan of injuries he sustained last weekend in a non-combat injury. He was assigned to the 1st Squadron, 38th Cavalry Regiment, 525th Battlefield Surveillance Brigade, XVIII Airborne Corps. of Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
Holder went in as a rifleman in just a little over a month ago. The military is saying the incident is under investigation.
His parents Bryant and Michelle Holder and his sister Stefanie all reside in the Woodlands and are members of the Fellowship Of The Woodlands according to a church official.
