Details: On March 12th, 2016, at approximately 1:14 am Deputy L. Paige with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 11800 block of Airline Dr. Upon making contact with the driver/defendant, Gumercindo Mendez, Dep. Paige could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Mendez’s breath. Further investigation by Dep. Paige revealed that Mendez was intoxicated. Mendez was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated w/ Previous Convictions, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Upon making contact with the driver/defendant, Valeria Narvaez, Dep. Hayes could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Narvaez’s breath. Further investigation by Dep. Hayes revealed that Narvaez was intoxicated. Narvaez was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Upon making contact with the driver/defendant, Eulises Macedo, Dep. Netro could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Macedo’s breath. Further investigation by Dep. Netro revealed that Macedo was intoxicated and failed to identify himself. Macedo was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Fail to identify to a Peace Officer, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Upon Deputy Knight’s arrival, the complainant reported that the defendant, Calvin Patterson, had entered her property and had refused to leave. Patterson was arrested, charged with Criminal Trespass and Resisting Arrest, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Jackson’s arrival, the complainant reported that the defendant, James Witledge, fled from deputies on foot and failed to identify himself. After a short pursuit, Dep. Jackson was able to detain Witledge. Witledge was arrested, charged with Evading Arrest and Fail to Identify to a Peace Officer, and booked into the Harris County Jail.
