Curious Case of “Ax me do I care”

HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Wednesday afternoon, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a store in the 19500 block of Tomball Parkway, where a male suspect allegedly picked up an ax and waved it in a threatening manner, causing store employees to fear for their safety.

Corporal Miller took the male suspect into custody for Deadly Conduct.

Constable Mark Herman says his Office remains committed to protecting local businesses, employees, and the communities they serve.
