Electric Scooter vs. Pedestrian Crash Results in Life-Threatening Injury

HARRIS COUNTY, TX- Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Precinct 4 Office are investigating a serious accident involving an electric scooter, occurring around 9:30 p.m. Saturday in the 7700 block of FM 1960. A preliminary investigation indicates an adult male was riding an electric scooter when he struck a pedestrian. The pedestrian fell to the ground and suffered a life-threatening head injury. Emergency personnel responded to the scene and are assisting with the investigation.

The Pct. 4 Constable’s Office expressed its thoughts and prayers for the injured pedestrian.
