MCSO Receives Paw of Pride from Willis ISD

On October 21, 2026, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) leadership received the Paw of Pride from Willis ISD administration in recognition of the strong, coordinated response by law enforcement in the days following the discovery of a weapon at Willis High School.

Willis ISD also presented an additional award recognizing the efforts of MCSO and partnering agencies during the water outage that affected district schools.

We appreciate this recognition and value our continued partnership with Willis ISD to support the safety and well-being of students, staff, and families.
