This information is for Rescue Groups ONLY. ALL Rescue hold requests are to be sent via email only (none will be accepted via phone, text or social media) to mcassist@mctx.org with the following required information:

In the body of the email, provide the following:

An animal can only be put on HOLD for 1 day (24 hours) beyond the stray hold period. A confirmation will be sent back to the requestor via email.
All incoming mcassist emails will be answered during the following hours and within the specified timeframe:

Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm Within two hours
Saturday – Sunday 10am – 4pm Within three hours

Emails received outside of these timeframes will be answered the next day, during these hours. If a response has not been received within the specified timeframes, please notify Mark Wysocki immediately via email Mark.Wysocki@mctx.org (Monday through Friday).
