Three suspects, including a juvenile, were taken into custody after deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office encountered a stranded vehicle Sunday night in the 17800 block of Kuykendahl Road. During the investigation, deputies reportedly discovered marijuana, THC vape devices, Xanax and a firearm. According to the constable’s office, a female passenger threatened to shoot deputies during the investigation. The charges include retaliation, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and unlawful carrying of a weapon.
