Traffic Alert: I-45 SB ML – South County – Wreck – Large Asphalt Spill

10:20 a.m. I-45 southbound main lanes, just south of Rayford Road – wreck has traffic reduced by two lanes (so far) and extremely slow moving and heavy. There’s an asphalt spill on the two outer lanes and a feeder exit is blocked.
