Last Friday, Investigators from the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constables Office executed a search warrant at the Global Leader Aquatics store which is located at 27718 I-45 North. The Precinct 3 Investigators along with investigators from Montgomery County Precinct 1, Precinct 4 , Precinct 5, Conroe PD and Homeland Security assisted with the warrant as well. It was discovered through investigation that someone at the store had been downloading and sharing child pornography. When the warrant was executed it was determined that the suspect James William Anson II, 36, of 1124 April Waters in Montgomery was in fact downloading and sharing child pornography at the location.
Anson was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Montgomery County Jail booked on 4 counts of Possession of Child Pornography on $400 ,000.00 bond. “We are glad to see another child predator taken off the streets of Montgomery County .” stated Constable Ryan Gable
