FIREFIGHTER BROTHER PASSES-FAMILY NEEDS HELP

SONY DSCWalter William McGuire Jr. The special needs brother of a local Firefighter passed away suddenly yet peacefully this past weekend.

Walter Jr. didn’t have much of his own and didn’t have life insurance. Contributions are greatly needed and will be much appreciated to help with his burial and some final expenses. Your contribution should be made in honor of Walter McGuire’s Benefit Account and mail to: 16937 Payne Rd. Conroe, TX. 77302

Walter Jr. was special, though having lived his life being mentally challenged, he was an Eagle Scout, High School Graduate and Special Olympic Gold Medalist. Having made many good friends throughout his life and being proud to have finally made it to Texas, he enjoyed classic country music, taking road trips, eating a good BBQ, watching basketball & football and looked forward to his next new adventure.

He will long be remembered for his laugh, good humor, helpful nature, friendly mannerisms, having a gift for making friends and for having lived a good life.

A celebration of his life will be held this Saturday May 12th at Candy Cane Park staring at noon. Please, keep the family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
