On 8/9/12 Officer Salmassi along with Officer Menchaca conducted a traffic stop in the 18600 block of FM 1488. The driver and passenger were identified as 34 y/o w/m and 31 y/o w/f, out of Lufkin, TX. During the stop, Officers discovered 6.7 grams of Methamphetamine and approximately 360 pills identified to be Xanax, Clonazapam, and Hydromorphone. Officers also discovered chemicals believed to be used for the manufacturing Methamphetamine concealed inside a large suitcase along with syringes, digital scale and a large amount of small plastic baggies. Information gathered from the scene showed the subjects had purchased items in the Tomball area before attempting to go back to Lufkin. Both subjects were arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail for possession of Methamphetamine with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
On 8/10/12 Officer Stanford conducted a traffic stop in the 800 block of S. Magnolia. The driver, a 27 y/o w/m was found to be in possession of Marijuana. He was arrested and transported to the Montgomery South County Jail.
On 08/11/12 Officer Menchaca conducted a traffic stop in the 700 block of S. Magnolia. The driver a 29 y/o w/m from Katy was found to be intoxicated and placed under arrest and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 08/12/2012 Officer J. K. Senegal observed what appeared to be a disturbance in a vehicle in the 38900 block of FM 1774. Upon conducting a field investigation, Officer Senegal noticed that the 20 y/o w/m driver of the vehicle appeared to be intoxicated. After conducting field sobriety tests, the driver of the vehicle was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger and booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
On 8/12/12 Officer Montgomery conducted a traffic stop on FM 1774. The driver, a 38 y/o female out of Magnolia, was arrested for DWI. The female was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 8/13/12 Det Clack located and recovered a juvenile runaway. The juvenile was transported to the Montgomery County Detention Center to be held until a responsible adult could take custody.
On 8/13/12 Det. Clack conducted a traffic stop in the 18500 block of FM 1488. The driver was arrested on City of Tomball warrants and cited for driving while license invalid. The vehicle was towed by Magnolia Towing.
On 8/13/12 Officer Montgomery conducted a traffic on FM 1488. The driver a 46 y/o w/male out of Magnolia was found to have a suspended driver’s license, as well as a warrant out of Fort Worth. The male was arrested and transported to Montgomery County jail.
On 8/14/12 Det. Clack located a stolen trailer in the 700 block of Melton. The trailer was recovered and information was referred to the Montgomery County Auto Theft.
