District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)

A 27 year old male from Willis was arrested at 8:20pm, April 28, in the 13300 block of Lake Breeze Lane by Deputy S. Degner for two intoxicated assault causes serious bodily injury warrants out of Montgomery County. The Deputy had received information on the location of
the male. The male was transported to jail.
A 40 year old male from Willis was arrested at 12:55am, April 29, in the 300 block of S. Woodson by Deputy R. Salazar for a blue warrant issued out of TDCJ. The Deputy was made aware of the male’s location. The male was taken to jail.
On April 29, Deputies C. Robertson and J. Kader were dispatched to the 11700 block of Hwy 75 for a theft in progress. Sgt. J. Moya, had arrived prior and observed a male loading metal into a truck, that was occupied by another male. Sgt. Moya prevented the truck from leaving. On interviewing one of the males, the Deputies were told the males had permission from a shop owner to take scrap metal to sell. The Deputies observed two rolls of chain link fence, pieces of I-Beam steel and a yellow steel box. The shop owner was contacted and advised no one had been given permission to remove any metal. The males, an 18 year old from Willis and a 20 year old from Conroe, were arrested at 2:50pm, charged with theft and taken to jail.
On April 29, Deputy K. Albritton was sent to the 12400 block of FM 3083 in reference to a criminal trespass call. The Deputy met with the store manager who wanted a female to leave the premises. The manager told the female to leave and she refused. The 26 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 2:56pm and taken to jail.
On April 29, Deputy K. Albritton was notified of a family violence assault call in the 13200 block of Dave Moore Road. The Deputy was advised by dispatch that the call had come in on 9-1-1 and was cut off. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she and her male roommate had gotten into an argument which led to the male hitting her with his fist. The male admitted he had taken the phone away thus preventing the emergency call. The 39 year old male from Willis was arrested at 7:15pm, charged with assault and interference with an emergency call. He was transported to jail.
A 40 year old female from Cleveland was arrested at 12:38am, April 30, in the 5500 block of Forest Drive by Deputy J. Hodges for possession of a controlled substance warrant and a writ of attachment warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy had received information on the female’s location. The female was taken to jail.
On May 1, Deputy K. Underwood was directing traffic at an accident scene in the 13100 block of FM 1097 when a female motorist stopped to speak with the Deputy. The Deputy observed the female driver to be intoxicated. The 42 year old female from Montgomery was arrested at 12:27am, charged with DWI and transported to jail.
A 21 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 9:45am, May 1, in the area of Brandon Road and River Plantation Drive by Deputy C. Holcomb on a warrant for failure to appear for an order enforcing child support out of Montgomery County. The female had been stopped on a traffic violation. She was transported to jail.
On May 1, Deputy D. Pena was notified of a disturbance in the 3900 block of Frontier Lane involving several persons holding a combative male down. The male was cursing at family members and expressing anger toward the father. He was continually trying to fight. The 23 year old male from Conroe was arrested at11:26pm, charged with disorderly conduct and transported to jail.
A 39 year old female from New Waverly was arrested at 9:00pm, May 2, in the 500 block of Medical Center Blvd. An off duty detective working security was made aware of a female on location having outstanding warrants for theft (2 counts) and an order of arrest for failure to identify out of Montgomery County. Corporal P. Smith transported the female to jail.
On May 2, Deputy S. Degner was dispatched to the 10700 block of Newton Circle in reference to a disturbance involving an intoxicated female. As the Deputy arrived on location the intoxicated female ran into the street after having been involved in the disturbance with her ex-husband and his mother. The 45 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 9:38pm and transported to jail.
District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)

4/22 – White Male 21 yrs old from Spring – was arrested for Public Intoxication and Assault after he was repeatedly asked to leave a location on Sawdust Road. The suspect had been arguing with the manager when a bartender and security personnel attempted to escort the suspect outside, the suspect hit the bartender in the face. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.
4/22 – White Male 44 yrs old from Spring – was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. Dep. Barber while on patrol on Sawdust Road and was flagged down and informed that a highly intoxicated person had just driven out of the parking lot. Dep. Barber located the vehicle in question and after observing the vehicle swerve several times and nearly strike another vehicle on the roadway, initiated a traffic stop. The driver appeared heavily intoxicated, with bloodshot eyes, slurred speech and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath. The driver was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. The female passenger was checked out by EMS due to her extreme level of intoxication. During the exam, she became aggressive and was placed into custody for Public Intoxication.
4/25 – White Male 23 yrs old from Conroe – was arrested for Reckless Driving after he was observed driving in excess of 100 mph on Interstate 45. Dep. Borchardt and Dep. Rosales were en route to an Alarm call, when the suspect passed them as they were entering the highway at Research Forest. Deputies caught up with the vehicle and initiated at traffic stop at SH 242. Dep. Borchardt contacted the District Attorney’s Office, and charges were accepted for Reckless Driving. The driver was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. The following Shoplifting arrest(s) were made at 1025 Sawdust Road.
4/26 – Black Female 18 yrs old from Spring – The recovered merchandise was valued at $68. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
4/26 – White Female 16 yrs old from Spring – The recovered merchandise (19 items) was valued at $95. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility without incident.
District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)

On 04/28/10 Deputy White responded to the New Caney Adult Probation Office in regards to a 47 year old female that had active warrant(s) for motion to adjudicate guilt. After warrant(s) were confirmed, the female was arrested and transported to Conroe Jail without incident.
On 04/28/10, Cpl Armstrong was advised by a concerned citizen of an intoxicated male asleep in the Whataburger Restaurant in Porter, Texas. Upon investigating, the 30 year old male was found to be heavily intoxicated and had no person(s) to assist him. He was arrested and taken to the East County Jail without incident.
On 04/29/10, Cpl. Armstrong was dispatched to the 23400 block of Johnson Road in New Caney, Texas in reference to an intoxicated 31 year old male attempting to gain access to his girlfriends residence. Cpl. Armstrong arrived and after investigating, did determine that the male was in fact heavily intoxicated and had no place to go therefore placing himself and the public in danger should he have been allowed to walk off. The male was arrested and transported to the East County Jail without incident.
On 04/26/10, Deputy Ortiz was dispatched to Ward Road in Cleveland, Texas in reference to a Family Violence. Investigation revealed that a 33 year old male had gotten into a physical altercation with his family including his spouse and daughter where an assault had taken place. The male subject was arrested and transported to the East County Jail without incident.
On 04/27/10, Deputy Holden was dispatched to the CVS Pharmacy in Porter, Texas in reference to a 28 year old female attempting to pickup prescription medication (vicodin) in which the prescription form from the doctor’s office had been forged. CVS recognized this forged document and in turn contacted the Sheriff’s Office that came to the location and arrested the female which was still on location. Female was transported to female booking without incident.
On 04/30/10, Deputy Holden was dispatched to the 17000 block of Pickering Road in Conroe, Texas on a Welfare Check at which time he met with a 22 year old female. Upon a check of the female via dispatch, it was learned that she had outstanding warrants for Forgery and Motion to Revoke from a Theft charge. Female was arrested and transported to female booking without incident.
On 04/30/10, Deputy Lawless was dispatched to the 16600 block of Oka Knoll Drive in Porter, Texas in reference to a Family Violence. Upon arrival, it was learned that a 43 year old male had allegedly threatened his spouse with a handgun, choked her restricting her airway and interfered with the calling of 911 when she attempted to summon assistance. A hand gun was located at the residence. The male subject was arrested without incident with charges filed.
On 04/30/10, Deputy White responded to Park Lane in Conroe, Texas for a disturbance. Upon arrival, it was learned while parents were gone on a field trip; they allowed a relative, a 44 year old male to babysit their young son. When they returned, they observed that their young son had visible injury(s) about his face. Investigation revealed that the 44 year old relative had caused these injury(s). The ADA was contacted which accepted charges for injury to a Child and male subject was arrested and transported to jail without incident.
On 05/03/10, Deputy Walker was dispatched to the Chevron Gas Station in New Caney, Texas for a suspicious person(s). Upon arrival, several person(s) were found to be walking away from the area as they were identified. A 40 year old male in this group was found to have an outstanding warrant in California. This male subject was arrested and transported to the East County Jail without incident.
District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)

On May 2nd at approximately 10:00 pm MCSO Sgt Russell was dispatched to a Family Violence in Progress call. Upon arrival the Deputy learned there had been a verbal altercation over the husband was using cocaine. The male subject attempted to leave, but the wife had the vehicle keys. A struggle ensued over the keys and the wife received a small scratch on her cheek that was bleeding. The male subject was arrested for Assault Family Violence and issued a Citation to appear in the JP’s Court.
On May 2nd at approximately 3:00 am MCSO Deputy Zavorski and Deputy Hahs were dispatched to a Shell gas station parking lot in the 37000 Block FM 1774 in reference to a Disturbance/Vehicle Accident. Upon arrival the Deputies met with a large group of people in a parking lot. Three male subjects had multiple injuries from being struck by a vehicle. They advised that they had just come from a party in Hazy Hollow and were waiting for their friends when a black Silverado occupied by two Hispanic males drove into the parking lot and struck the vehicle. All parties had been at the party. After impact the Silverado continued to push the vehicle 60 feet. The actors had left in the vehicle, but witnesses were able to give a detailed description. The Deputies located the vehicle after a short search and located the two actors hiding in the woods. The driver of the Silverado was arrested and charged with three counts of Aggravated Assault a Felony 2 charge and the passenger was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication.
On May 2nd at approximately 1:00 am MCSO Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to the Hazy Hollow subdivision in reference to a Family Violence in Progress. Upon arrival the Deputy met with a male subject who was being combative and aggressive towards everyone. The Complainant, the subject’s father advised that his son was at a friend’s house playing poker and after drinking became belligerent and all of his friends left. The father went and picked up his son and brought him home. Throughout the drive they argued and once home the son became physical with the father and continued to argue and wrestle with him until police arrived. The 23 year old male subject was arrested for Assault by Contact (Family Violence).
On May 1st at approximately 12:00 pm MCSO Deputy Birch was dispatched to the 25000 Hardin Store Road in reference to an Assault. Upon arrival Deputy Birch met with an off-duty Magnolia Police Officer who advised he witnessed a Chevy Pick-up come to a sudden stop in the middle of Hardin Store Road and the two occupants inside begin to hit each other with their hands. The Officer approached the truck and identified himself and asked the driver to pull over into the business that he was at. The Officer then called for an on-duty deputy. Deputy Birch placed into custody both occupants of the truck and charged them with Assault (Family Violence).
On May 1st at approximately 6:15 pm MCSO Deputy Crandell was dispatched to a Café located at the entrance of the Hazy Hollow subdivision. The Deputy arrived at the location and observed a male subject checking out at the register that was unsteady on his feet and was using the counter top for balance. The subject’s speech was slurred and he was slow to answer the Deputy’s questions. The Deputy observed a Felony Probation wrist band on the subject’s left hand advising he could not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The subject was clearly a danger to himself and others was taken into custody for Public Intoxication.
On April 28th at approximately 12:00 am MCSO Deputy Herman went to the 31300 block of Terri Lane in reference to a Warrant Service. Upon arrival Deputy Herman met with the 50 year old male subject. After verifying with Dispatch that the Warrant for Theft was active, Deputy Herman placed the subject into custody and transported him to jail.
On April 28th at approximately 12:30 am MCSO Deputy Hahs received information on a wanted 17 year old male subject regarding the subject’s location. Deputy Hahs proceeded to the 18000 Block of Butera and located the subject who had an outstanding Warrant for Credit Card Abuse. The subject was placed into custody and transported to jail.
On April 25th at approximately 2:30 pm MCSO Corporal Sumrall was waved down by a witness who advised that there was a black GMC truck that just pulled into the parking lot in the 800 Block of South Magnolia Blvd. The witness stated the truck had been weaving into oncoming traffic and unable to maintain his lane. The Corporal observed a male subject exit the truck and begin stumbling across the parking lot. When the Corporal made contact with the subject he could detect a strong odor of alcoholic beverage. The subject failed the Sobriety test and Corporal Sumrall placed him under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated. This is the Subject’s second DWI offense.
District 5 – Lt. Don Lacy (Northwest County)

On 04/29/10 Deputy J. Howze was dispatched to a residence on April Village in reference to a Disturbance in progress. He arrived on location and met with the Complainant who advised she had been assaulted by a white male. The Complainant advised she tried to intervene on an argument that her friend was having with the male. The male was placed into custody for Assault and transported to MCSO jail without incident.
On 04/29/10 Deputy P. Rex observed a Black passenger car pull out of a local restaurant located in the 17400 Blk. of Hwy 105. Deputy Rex observed the vehicle almost collide with another vehicle, and continue traveling West in the East bound lanes. Deputy Rex initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and made contact with the female driver. The driver showed signs of intoxication, and after Deputy Rex completed Standard Field Sobriety Tests with the female, she was placed into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to MCSO jail.
On 05/01/10 Deputy P. Rex Deputy P. Rex observed a silver Chevy Impala traveling westbound. Deputy Rex advised that the vehicle was traveling at a speed of 72 m.p.h. in a 55 m.p.h. zone. Deputy Rex advised that he initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and made contact with the driver. Deputy Rex advised that the driver showed signs of intoxication. Upon completion of the Standard Field Sobriety Tests the male driver was placed into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to MCSO jail without incident.
On 05/01/10 Deputy R. Thompson was dispatched to a Suspicious Person call in the area of Eastchase and E. Forrestal. Deputy Thompson observed a vehicle matching the description given to dispatch and he conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. Deputy Thompson made contact with the driver and identified him by Texas Identification Card. He conducted a warrants check on the male through MCSO dispatch and it was found that the subject had an active warrant. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was placed into custody and transported to MCSO jail.
On 05/01/10 Deputy J. Farmer responded to a call for service in reference to a Suspicious Vehicle in the 12800 Blk. of Walden Rd. Deputy Farmer located the vehicle and made contact with the male driver. The driver was identified by Deputy Farmer, and a warrants check was conducted. It was found that the male had two active warrants. The warrants were confirmed and that male was placed into custody and transported to MCSO jail without incident.
District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)

On Wednesday, April 28, 2010, at approximately 2330 hours, Dispatch received a call in reference to a male who was shooting a firearm at a truck and house on location near Post Oak and Sleepy Hollow. The caller reported that the male got into a vehicle and drove away from the scene. Deputies Hernandez and Martin, while en route to the call, observed the vehicle leaving the area and initiated a traffic stop. The actors had gone to the location, fired several shots, and took items from a vehicle in the driveway. Bullet holes were located in the vehicle as well as on the house itself. The area of the bullet hole on the house was close to an area where two juvenile boys were sleeping. The firearms, one shotgun and one .22 semi-auto rifle, were recovered along the roadway on Sleepy Hollow. It was determined that the suspects had thrown the weapons out the window after seeing Deputies Hernandez and Martin pass and turn around on them. The suspects were booked into the jail for Deadly Conduct, Endangering a Child, and Burglary of a Vehicle.
On 4-23-10 several MCSO Deputies were dispatched to a Theft in Progress call at 251 Bristol Bend Circle, with the reportee chasing the actors. Deputies arrived and obtained the following information: A white 2002 Ford Pickup occupied by two Hispanic males backed up to the jobsite and loaded the bed full of roofing material (shingles) valued at over $1700 dollars. As they prepared to drive away, a worker pulled up to the site and blocked the vehicle. Two actors then fled on foot. While on location, deputies were approached by two young residents from Bristol Bend Circle who advised that they had just seen two Hispanic males exit a wooded area on Greenbridge Dr and that they were now travelling northbound on the bike path towards College Park. Deputies located the actors. They were detained and returned to the scene where they were identified by the complainant. The males were identified as a
W/M 22 yrs old and W/M 27 yrs old, both of Houston. The suspect were taken into custody, charged with Theft State Jail Felony and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

The following Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Controlled Substance arrest(s) were
made:
4/27 – White Male 21 yrs old from Spring – was arrested after a traffic stop on S. Millbend Drive. During the course of the traffic stop, a passenger in the vehicle was found to be in possession of 7 grams of marijuana. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
4/27 – 5 White Males 18 yrs old and all from The Woodlands – were arrested after officers were called to a noise disturbance on Berry Pick Lane. During the course of the investigation, numerous plastic bags containing marijuana were found, along with a scale and other drug paraphernalia. Total marijuana located was 1.195 ounces. Charges were accepted for Possession of Marijuana Class B Misdemeanor on all 5 suspects. They were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
The following Shoplifting arrest(s) were made at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive:

4/23 – White Female 18 yrs old from Magnolia – The recovered merchandise (3 items) was valued at $77.98. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
4/23 – White Female 51 yrs old from Conroe – The recovered merchandise (12 items) was valued at $185.50. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident
4/25 – Black Female 35 yrs old from Houston – The recovered merchandise (2 items) was valued at $88.00. Charges were upgraded from Misdemeanor to State Jail Felony due to two prior convictions for Theft. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
4/27 – White Female 50 yrs old from The Woodlands – The recovered merchandise (3 items) was valued at $82. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. 4/28 – White Female 26 yrs old from Houston and White Male 19 yrs old from Pinehurst – The recovered merchandise (15 items) was valued at $225.85. The suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
4/29 – White Female 42 yrs old from Spring – The recovered merchandise (18 items) was valued at $622.86. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
The following Shoplifting arrest(s) were made at 9595 Six Pines Drive:

4/24 – White Female 45 yrs old from Spring – The recovered merchandise (21 items) was valued at $135.03. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
4/30 – White Female 52 yrs old from The Woodlands – The recovered merchandise (22 items) was valued at $98.45. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
The following Shoplifting arrest(s) were made at 3040 College Park Drive:

4/24 – White Male 20 yrs old from Spring and Hispanic Male 23 yrs old from Conroe – The recovered merchandise (1 item) was valued at $139. The suspects were transported to theMontgomery County Jail without incident.
