It was a great day yesterday in terms of pets leaving the shelter versus those coming in! We managed to have 37 in and 39 out! It always helps when we have more leaving! We did take in some beauties though, including this Cairn Terrier mix boy (A251123). He came in as a stray, but if he is not claimed he can be adopted on Sunday.
MCAS is located at 8535 Hwy 242 in Conroe, Texas and is open 6 days a week for adoptions (Tues – Sun. CLOSED MONDAYS.) Dogs and cats can be adopted for $80 while dogs and cats who have been at the shelter over 60 days are available for $25. Adoption fees include spay/neuter, rabies vaccine, shots and more.

Animal Received 2/26/2014: 9 cats, 28 dogs

Cat counts: 178 (285 capacity)
Dog counts: 487 (435 capacity)
