Just after 2am Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office was called to a shooting in the 19200 block of Amy Lane in the Timberland Subdivision. They arrived to find a male in his thirties shot multiple times. He was transported in critical condition to Conroe Regional Trauma Center. As of this morning he remains in surgery but is expected to live.
According to Detective Tate with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit, said the victim had been across the street from his home in a neighbors yard. The neighbor confronter the victim at which time the victim pulled a knife. The victim then cut one of his neighbors in the mouth and stomach. The other neighbor who resided in the home was then seriously cut on the hand. That neighbor then puller a .22 pistol and shot the victim multiple times.
The case is going to be referred to the Montgomery County Grand Jury for any possible charges.
