On June 8th, while conducting business checks, The Splendora Police night shift observed a silver vehicle, with its lights off, that was backing up to the South side of the Chevron building. Contact was made with both occupants, and it was determined that the passenger had an outstanding warrant out of Montgomery County. While the subject was being taken into custody, our officer was able to see a small clear bag with a white powdery substance in it.
The substance field tested positive for cocaine ( 3.7 grams).
Both suspects were charged with PCS PG (1) 2-4 grams. Barber, Tyler and Geehr, Donald were transported to Montgomery County
