TWO SUSPECTED PRISON GANG MEMBERS ARRESTED FOR DELIVERING DRUGS NEAR DAY CARE

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit arrested two suspected drug traffickers. The SIU conducted undercover operations that led to these arrests.
At approximately 3:15 pm two suspects were arrested by SIU detectives in a business parking lot in the 2500 Block of I-45 after accepting delivery of approximately 9.5 ounces of powdered cocaine.
This occurred with 1000 feet of a licensed day care which enhanced the offense to a First Degree Felony.
The suspects are believed to be members of the HOUSTONE TANGO prison gang. The suspects were arrested without incident and charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
