Harris County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Enforcement Division is searching for information on the whereabouts of Alexis Dela Rosa Sosa, 21. His last known address was in the 12300 block of Antoine. About 930 pm Tuesday night Sosa was racing a Dodge Challenger/Charger westbound on the Sam Houston Toll Road. As he approached Bammel North Houston the light had already changed to red. The Dodge skid to a stop but Sosa continued through the intersection. It was there he hit a silver BMW in the drivers door. Both the driver, Jesse Sabillon and his wife Maria Sabillon died instantly. Sosa then jumped out of his truck and fled on foot. Dogs, deputies and helicopters were used but were unable to locate Sosa.
The Sabilon’s were returning to their Inwood Forest home after visiting a cousin who had recently given birth.
Jesse Sabillon was a Baptist minister.
Deputies are also attempting to locate the driver and passenger of the Dodge. The pair got out of the vehicle, looked at the carnage, then sped off. Thety were described as black males with dreadlocks.

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of Sosa.
