Boat Captain, Brandon Wilson, was involved in a collision this month on Lake Conroe. He was crushed from the waist down and now has internal rods, screws, and an external cage that holds one leg together. He received an ankle wound that was not able to be closed even after receiving an 8 hour surgery.
Wilson is still hospitalized and will need several more surgeries and possibly years of physical therapy. In addition to being a boat captain, he is the father of twin boys, one of which has special needs.
