HARRIS COUNTY, TX- A traffic stop in the 6100 block of FM 1960 Road West led to an investigation involving a suspected fraudulent vehicle registration sticker. Deputy Grimaldo with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office reportedly discovered the Texas registration sticker displayed an altered expiration date. Deputies detained the female driver while they investigated the suspected alteration. The case involves a charge of Tampering with a Governmental Record, Constable Herman’s Office said.
