At 4:24 pm Friday Conroe Police were dispatched to a reported major accident involving a motorcycle and dump truck at FM 3083 and Avenue M Extension/Butler Road. Conroe Fire arrived on the scene to find the motorcyclist deceased. Conroe Police are investigating the crash. Early indications were the Kawasaki motorcycle was southbound on FM 3083 and the dump truck was northbound. The truck turned west onto Avenue M extension, failing to yield to the motorcycle. The motorcycle driver has not yet been identified.
