HARRIS COUNTY, TX- A man suffered multiple stab wounds Monday evening in the 5300 block of FM 1960 Road East, prompting an investigation by deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office.

Deputies responded to the scene and began investigating the stabbing. Emergency medical personnel transported the adult male victim to a local hospital for treatment.

Deputies detained a woman at the scene while they continued their investigation. Authorities have not released additional details about the circumstances surrounding the stabbing or indicated whether the woman will face charges.

Deputies remained at the scene Monday evening and asked motorists to avoid the area.
