HARRIS COUNTY, TX- Three men were arrested for criminal trespass Oct. 19 after deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a call at a closed business in the 400 block of Randal Way.

Upon arrival, deputies found three men on the property and identified them as Caleb Hawking, Bamani Fisher and Devin Doe.

Further investigation determined that the men were on private property without the owner’s consent, according to the constable’s office.

“Caleb Hawking, Bamani Fisher, and Devin Doe were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, each charged with Criminal Trespass. Their bonds were set at $100.00 each out of County Court 14,” Constable Mark Herman said.
