Just before 9:00pm two white males approximately six feet tall wearing bandanas entered Jeff’s Grocery on FM 3083 between Jefferson Chemical Road and South Loop 336. One of the males displayed a large weapon and forced the clerk to give him the cash register. The two suspects and possibly a third driver fled the scene northbound on FM 3083 toward Conroe. Several Montgomery County Sheriff’s Units were just moments away but were unable to capture the robbers. They were reported driving an extended cab gray pickup. There were no injuries.
