SEVERAL LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS GRADUATE BILL BLACKWOOD LAW ENFORCEMENT MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE

Constable Philip Cash is pleased to announce that Captain Joseph Sclider recently participated in and graduated from the Bill Blackwood, Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas (LEMIT), Texas Constables Leadership College (TCLC) Class # 14.
The TCLC is an intensive educational program for Constables and their management staff and requires a sincere commitment of time away from the agency. Modeled on the Leadership Command College (LCC), this progressive and challenging program provides in-depth investigations of issues facing law enforcement and offers growth and development of leadership and management skills in your agency. The courses are taught in a highly interactive manner that encourages continuous thought and participation. A commitment is required from all participants and their agencies for the sponsored student to attend all three modules.
Constable Cash is committed to providing a professional law enforcement management team for the Precinct 1 Constables Office. He is a believer in the TCLC program as he himself recently graduated in TCLC Class # 13. Captain Sclider now joins the other members of the Constable Management Team who have successfully graduated from this program.
