WILLIS POLICE STILL SEEKING INFORMATION ON WOMAN FOUND ON SIDE OF ROAD

Approximately 10pm Sunday night North Montgomery County Fire Department was dispatched to an auto-pedestrian accident  on Powell at Cochran in Willis. A patrol unit first on the scene advised the woman had a broken leg and severe head injury.

MCHD requested PHI Air Medical to the scene. The woman was identified as 55-year-old Elizabeth Clements was lying on the side of the road with a severe head injury and broken leg. According to Willis police the injuries were consistent with an auto-pedestrian accident minus and vehicle parts.

Clements was transported to the North Montgomery Fire Station where they were met by PHI and flown to Hermann Hospital in Houston where she passed away just after midnight.
