MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- In the early hours of Saturday, Deputies with Pct. 5 Constable Chris Jones’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 6700 block of FM 1488. The driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. The suspect was also allegedly in possession of narcotics and marijuana. He was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe for booking.
Richard Vega, 40, of Magnolia is charged with Driving While Intoxicated and state jail felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 2, less than 1 gram.
