On January 4, 2020, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 11000 block of Louetta Road in reference to a
car accident. Upon deputies arriving, it was found that the driver, Jerry Gallaher, lost control of his vehicle and struck a tree.
During the course of the investigation, he displayed several signs of intoxication. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were
administered and it was discovered that he was driving while intoxicated.
He was transported to 6831 Cypresswood Drive where a breath specimen was provided, at which time the breath specimen came
back as .149 BAC.
“Jerry Gallaher was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at
