Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s District 6 patrol were dispatched to the 10800 block of Gosling Road, The Woodlands, Texas in reference to an indecent exposure. Deputies arrived and learned that a female citizen was walking into the post office when she observed a white male sitting in his car masturbating. The female citizen went into the post office, told workers what was happening. The manager of the post office went outside and told the suspect leave. Post Office employees were able to get the license plate of the suspects’ vehicle, which they provided to responding deputies.
As a result of the investigation by Deputies with Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office were able to identify the suspect as Allen Hill (W/M) 34 years of age of The Woodlands, Texas. On February 14, 2017, Deputies traveled to 4545 S. Panther Creek, The Woodlands, Texas where they arrested Allen Hill without incident for Indecent Exposure and transported him to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Jail.
