Wednesday evening Montgomery County Precinct 4 and DPS responded to a report of a drug transaction taking place in the parking lot of the Whataburger in the 300 block of Northpark in Kingwood. Units arrived and spotted the vehicles matching the description. DPS was able to arrest two in one vehicle which had a 2-year-old child. Tiffany Nicole Peters, 27, of 402 Fir Ridge in Huffman was charged with possession of a controlled substance and abandon endanger child criminal neglect. The red truck which was also reported to be involved was stopped in the parking lot by Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constables. Deputies were able to obtain a statement from witnesses who reported the transaction. Precinct 4 Deputies then deployed K-9 “Dino” who alerted to the vehicle. Inside the vehicle, they recovered plastic baggies, a scale, syringes, Heroin, liquid THC, marijuana and a loaded handgun. Brian Scott Bevil, 22, of 1615 Chestnut Ridge in Kingwood is charged with manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance greater than 4 grams but less than 200 grams, manufacture delivery of a controlled substance PG2 greater than 4 grams but less than 400 grams, and unlawful carrying a weapon. Also arrested was Scott Douglas Rawson, 23, of 22526 Stillwater Valley Ln in Porter. He was charged with manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance greater than 4 grams but less than 200 grams, manufacture delivery of a controlled substance PG2 greater than 4 grams but less than 400 grams.
