HOUSTON POLICE LOOKING FOR WITNESSES IN DEATH OF WOMAN

Houston police are investigating the death of a woman at 8602 Bissonnet about 1:15 a.m.. last Thursday (November 5).
The victim, 21, was pronounced dead at Memorial Hermann Hospital.  Her identity is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant R. Olive and Officer S. Sylvester reported:
A male arrived at HFD Fire Station #68 on South Gessner at Bissonet  seeking medical assistance for his girlfriend, who was unresponsive.  According to the male, the girlfriend jumped out of his moving vehicle  in the Best Buy parking lot at Gessner and Southwest Freeway and suffered head trauma, as well as other injuries.  She was then transported to Memorial Southwest Hospital in critical condition and then taken by Life Flight to Memorial Hermann in the Medical Center where she was pronounced dead.
No charges have been filed at this time, as the investigation is continuing.
