On April 21, 2018 deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 14100 block of Champions Drive in reference to a disturbance. Upon arriving, the complainant and witnesses reported that an adult male approached a 7 year old juvenile at the playground and offered him candy in return for joining him at his apartment. The suspect also showed the juvenile a photo of a sexual nature on his telephone and asked the juvenile if he would like to perform the act depicted in the photo. The juvenile said no and ran away from the suspect.
Further investigation by Constable Deputies led to the identification of the suspect, Thomas Keck. Deputies recovered Keck’s telephone to be analyzed.
“Thomas Keck was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Enticing a Child with the Intent to Commit Felony. His bond is set at $25,000.00 out of the 177th District Court.”
