8/7/16 – Around 8pm, Pct. 4 deputy stopped a vehicle for driving erratically as it was leaving the Showbiz movie theater parking lot. After an investigation assisted by K9 Libby was conducted, the driver Berkowitz, Devin – 3/6/93 from Kingwood was arrested for the alleged Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon (.40 cal pistol) a class A misdemeanor and for the alleged Possession of Marijuana, a class B misdemeanor.
8/8/16 – Close to 2:45pm, Pct. 4 deputy stopped a female for a traffic offense. Upon contact with Smith, Dalina – 7/27/78 from Porter, she was holding a marijuana cigarette in her hand. As she removed her ID from her wallet a bag of methamphetamine fell onto the ground. After an investigation, Smith was arrested for the alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance, a state jail felony.
8/8/16 – A few minutes after 10pm, Pct. 4 deputy stopped a vehicle for a defective equipment violation on Loop 494 in Kingwood. After an investigation assisted by K9 Libby was conducted, the driver Tubbs, Zachary – 8/1/98 from Kingwood was arrested the alleged for Possession of Marijuana, a class A misdemeanor.
8/8/16 – Just after midnight, Pct. 4 deputy stopped a car near the Porter Walmart for a traffic violation. The driver showed to have an active warrant. Garcia, Moises – 6/1/93 from Porter was arrested on his misdemeanor warrant.
8/9/16 – Around 7:30pm, Pct. 4 deputy stopped a car for a traffic violation in the area of Loop 494 and Northpark Dr. An investigation showed the driver to be in possession and to have eaten marijuana. Greenstein, Joshua – 5/29/91 from Humble, was arrested for the alleged Possession of Marijuana, a class B misdemeanor.
8/9/16 – About 8:45pm, Pct. 4 deputy located two wanted individuals in the 18000 blk. of Swansea Creek in New Caney. Diaz, Sarahi – 6/30/96 and Salazar, Tommy – 12/21/94, both from New Caney were arrested on their misdemeanor theft warrants.
8/9/16 – Just before 10:30pm, Pct. 4 deputy stopped a vehicle for a seatbelt violation in the area of Loop 494 and Ford Rd. The driver, Gressett, Kevin – 7/4/92 was arrested for an active misdemeanor warrant.
8/10/16 – Around 4pm, Montgomery County Adult Probation notified a Pct. 4 deputy of a wanted person. Pct. 4 deputy made contact with Faulkner, Kelvin Sr. – 10/1/60 from Cleveland. Faulkner was arrested on his felony Order of Arrest warrant.
8/11/16 – After noon, Pct. 4 deputy stopped a vehicle for a traffic offense. The driver Saltsman, Christopher – 11/25/94 from New Caney was arrested on an active warrant.
8/12/16 – Just after 10am, Pct. 4 deputy was investigation a squatter’s complaint. As he was investigating, he made contact with a male carrying a machete in the front yard. The male, Skiles, Joel – 1/7/80 from Orange, was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Skiles was arrested for the alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance, a state jail felony.
8/13/16 – Around 3:30am, Pct. 4 deputy located an “attempt to locate – possibly intoxicated driver” that a motorist had called in. Drennan, Michael – 10/11/73 from Humble was arrested for the allegedly Driving While Intoxicated, a class B misdemeanor.
8/13/16 – Around 1am, Pct. 4 deputy stopped a vehicle for a traffic offense. Castillo, Jaime – 4/1/68 from Kingwood was arrested for allegedly Driving While Intoxicated, a class B misdemeanor.
8/13/16 – Just before 8am, Pct. 4 deputy stopped a vehicle for several violations. An investigation showed the driver, Clark, Renee – 6/30/79 from Groveton to be in possession of approximately 8.2 grams of methamphetamine, a dirty pipe, a loaded syringe, and a scale. Clark was arrested for the alleged Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a first degree felony.
8/13/16 – Around 9pm, Pct. 4 deputy stopped a vehicle for a traffic offense in the area of Highway 59 and FM 1314. The driver, Krolczyk, Elliot was arrested for an active misdemeanor warrant.
8/14/16 – Just after1:30pm, Pct. 4 deputy located an “attempt to locate – possibly intoxicated driver” southbound on Highway 59 and FM 1314. The deputy witnessed the vehicle hit the concrete barrier several times; the motorist who called in the ATL also advised it had hit a sign and the concrete barrier before. The suspect refused to stop and the deputy initiated a pursuit. After traveling into the Deerbrook Mall parking lot, with assistance from Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Humble PD, the pursuit ended and the subject was taken into custody. Luckily no one was hurt and no vehicles were damaged. Deputies found numerous loose narcotic pills in the subject’s pockets and vehicle. Griswold, Kirk – 6/14/93 from Shepherd was arrested for the alleged Evading Arrest/Detention w/ a Vehicle, a third degree felony; the alleged Driving While Intoxicated, a class A misdemeanor and the alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance, a class A misdemeanor.
8/14/16 – Before 9:30pm, Pct. 4 deputy stopped a vehicle for a traffic offense in the area of FM 1485 and Highway 59. An investigation showed that driver and passenger were in possession of methamphetamine. Buckalew, Johnny – 10/26/70 from Cleveland and Horton, Billy – 1/13/65 from Houston were both arrested for the alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance, a second degree felony. Buckalew was also arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
