Pct. 1 Constable’s Office Arrests Fugitive

On 03/23/2017 Members of Montgomery County Precinct 1 Office began an investigation into Narcotics trafficking in Pct. 1 after receiving information from a concerned citizen in Willis. The investigation led to a male identified as Zachery Hale, W/M 11/28/82 who lives in the Gleneagles area of south Montgomery County and Chelsie Vincent, W/FE from Louisiana. Information was developed revealing that Hale was a wanted Fugitive in Montgomery County from a prior Methamphetamine arrest and was currently in the area of Gleneagles and FM 242. Investigators traveled to the area and located the truck driven by Hale parked at the Exxon mart. Surveillance was conducted and the female, Chelsie Vincent, was observed in the suspect’s truck. Hale was later observed leaving the adjacent subdivision and walking to the truck. Hale was arrested for the outstanding felony warrant in the parking lot without incident and the female was detained near the truck. Further investigation determined Hale had secreted a large caliber rifle in a vacant lot near where he was arrested. With the assistance of MCSO Deputies the rifle was recovered and determined to be stolen form Harris County.  An inventory of Hale’s truck revealed a digital scale with methamphetamine residue and drug paraphernalia and a small quantity of Marijuana. The Marijuana was determined to belong the Vincent. She was arrested for that offense. Both were transported to the MC jail. This investigation is continuing and may result in additional charges.
