At 10 am Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported active shooting at Denali Auto Sports former Sisney Auto on Loop 494 near Ford Road. Units en route learned a white 2008 Chevrolet Caprice fled the scene driven by a Hispanic male. The vehicle left northbound on Loop 494 and had several bullet holes with at least 3 in the windshield. Schools were locked down in the area as units fanned out looking for the vehicle. Hospitals were also notified. Units arrived on the scene to find bullet casings and blood making them believe the suspect who fled was hit. Sheriff’s Office says the owner of the business and the suspect got into an argument and it escalated into a shooting. Detectives and Crime Scene are now processing the scene. The lockdowns have been released.
