On November 8, 2019, Deputies with the Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constables Department conducted a search warrant at 801 Pearl River Dr. in Montgomery, Texas. Deputies received information about drugs being sold from this residence and opened an investigation. After a search warrant was signed, Deputies went to the address and executed the warrant. At the residence, a white male who was identified as Grace, Clayton (23) from Montgomery and his wife Grace, Bryonia (23) a black female also from Montgomery were detained. Once inside the residence Deputies seized several types of illegal drugs along with several guns. Deputies found 8.7 grams of Cocaine, 55.3 grams of THC, 21.1 grams of illegal Mushrooms, 90 grams of liquid Codeine, 122.9 grams of Marijuana, 4 rifles and 8 pistols.
Clayton and Breyonia were arrested for Possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance PG 1 a first degree felony, two separate charges of Possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance PG 2 a first degree felony, Possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance PG 4 a second degree felony, and Possession of Marijuana a state jail felony. All 12 firearms were seized from the property and Clayton and Breyonia were transported to the Montgomery County Jail and released to jail staff.
