Precinct 5 Makes Sure Man’s Alive

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- Around 3:30 a.m. Monday morning, a Deputy with Pct. 5 Constable Chris Jones’s Office noticed a running vehicle, in the 32500 block of Hwy 249, in the Pinehurst area. The man in the driver’s seat was asleep. When Pct. 5 Deputies woke him, they say he showed obvious signs of intoxication and had an open liquor bottle. The driver was taken to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe to finish his nap.

Jose Gregorio Salazar Escobar, 34, of Austin is charged with class B misdemeanor Driving While Intoxicated / Open Alcohol Container. Bond was set at $600.
