Roman Forest Police Say Suspect Tried to Evade

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- Roman Forest Police arrested 20-year-old Erik Silva, 20, of New Caney, for Evading Arrest with Vehicle, a 3rd Degree Felony. Silva allegedly failed to stop for a traffic violation on Roman Forest Blvd, and increased his speed instead. After a brief pursuit, a felony stop was initiated and the suspect was arrested without further incident. Officer Newsome made the arrest and the Precinct 4 Constables Office assisted.
