Friday afternoon Montgomery County Precinct 4 Deputy Constables were dispatched to the Porter Wal-Mart in reference to a shoplifter. When they arrived Loss Prevention officers directed them to their office where they had detained Charlene Marie Ellet for shoplifting. Ellet told deputies that her brother Cameron Beck, age 26, had driven her to Wal-Mart along with her two 2-year-old twins. A short time later Beck appeared at the Loss Prevention Office looking for his sister.
After receiving Beck’s consent, Deputies searched his vehicles and found a light bulb with burn marks and a cut pen with a crystalline substance on it. That material tested positive for Methamphetamine. Ellet admitted she and Beck had smoked the meth approximately two weeks prior.
Both were placed in custody for possession of a controlled substance. It was at that point Beck asked if they could just charge his sister as she had a clean record.
In addition Ellet was issued a citation for shoplifting under $50.
When they arrived back at the office both were placed in adjoining cells. As deputies worked on the booking reports they witnessed Beck and Ellet kissing each other on the lips through the bars. One of the deputies questioned what they had told them earlier about being brother and sister and Ellet admitted they were.
Ellet was then removed and taken back to another office and questioned about the strange relationship. She told them she was adopted and had the same biological mother but a different father. She stated that Beck had been in prison and they had been writing each other. He was released in November of last year.
She also stated that they had been staying in a motel and her, Beck and the twin girls were sleeping in the same bed. She admitted to being involved in a sexual relationship with her brother since his release.
She explained that the room had a partition and the children would stay on the other side of the partition when she and her brother had sex. Other times she and her brother would just go to the bathroom.
The children were released to Ellet’s sister.
Ellet and Beck were both placed in the Montgomery County Jail for possession of controlled substance and prohibited sexual conduct.
§ 25.02. PROHIBITED SEXUAL CONDUCT. (a) A person commits an offense if the person engages in sexual intercourse or deviate sexual intercourse with another person the actor knows to be, without regard to legitimacy: (1) the actor’s ancestor or descendant by blood or adoption; (2) the actor’s current or former stepchild or stepparent; (3) the actor’s parent’s brother or sister of the whole or half blood; (4) the actor’s brother or sister of the whole or half blood or by adoption; (5) the children of the actor’s brother or sister of the whole or half blood or by adoption; or (6) the son or daughter of the actor’s aunt or uncle of the whole or half blood or by adoption. (b) For purposes of this section: (1) “Deviate sexual intercourse” means any contact between the genitals of one person and the mouth or anus of another person with intent to arouse or gratify the sexual desire of any person. (2) “Sexual intercourse” means any penetration of the female sex organ by the male sex organ. (c) An offense under this section is a felony of the third degree, unless the offense is committed under Subsection (a)(6), in which event the offense is a felony of the second degree. As one that knows Charlaine I can provide a little background. She was raised in a very sheltered drug-free home Where she was encouraged to continue in college after graduating high school. Her first relationship, after high school, was very abusive and provided the twins. In this relationship she learned to use the twins as leverage against the home she grew up in. The woman who raised her has been physically sick with disgust, disbelief, and a feeling of helplessness. So rather than pointing fingers and cracking crude jokes one might consider, ” There but for the grace of God go my children.”
What would you expect as the nation slides towards an anything goes with whom or with what philosophy? Weeeeeeeeeeeeee. This is starting to be fun, now.

How low has our society sunk when we sensationalize the plight of two obvious loosers that are too uneducated to make the proper choices in life? It’s bad enough that these poor choices have caused them to be branded as drug addicted sexual deviants. Now they’ve also become social media celebrities, subjected to ridicule from intolerant rednecks that quite often have only been lucky enough to escape being caught with their own burnt light bulb and/or underage lover/cousin/half-sibling. There are much more serious issues in our world today than this. Come together people, please!

“Looser” would mean “not as tight,” and have nothing to do with someone less fortunate, as you seem to be attempting to articulate.
Also… it appears “coming together” was the problem, not the solution.

Charlene and Cameron sittin in a cell, k-I-s-s-I-n-g, first comes love then comes marriage, then comes 2-4 years for stealing and incest.
