Sometimes love hurts…

On January 7, Deputy Lambert with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, responded to the 14600 block of Old Humble Pipeline, in Conroe, for a disturbance involving a male and female couple. Upon arrival, the investigation revealed that the female assaulted the male. The female was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On January 9, MCSO Deputy Booher was dispatched to the 10800 block of Royal Pines Drive, in Willis. Upon arrival, it was determined that a female suspect had assault a male complainant by hitting him in the face with a closed fist and throwing a picture frame, striking him in the back. The female was arrested for assault causing bodily injury.

On 1/5/2016, after noticing a vehicle remaining stationary at a green light at the intersection of Willis Waukegan and 105 East, Deputy Campos initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle. Upon making contact with the driver, he observed a pipe in the drivers hand and a green leafy substance all over driver’s shorts. The driver was found to be in possession of synthetic marijuana and was arrested for possession of a prohibited substance.

On 1/5/2016, Deputy Winford responded to a disturbance between a father and son in the 12000 block of Andwood, in Willis. Once on scene, the father indicated that the son was walking around the house with a shotgun. The son stated that the father had stolen his gun and described the gun. It was determined that the son was a convicted felon and was arrested for unlawful possession of firearm by felon, as well as open warrants out of Montgomery County.

On 1/6/2016, while on routine patrol in the area of Bert Brown Road and FM 1314, Deputy Taylor observed a vehicle with an expired registration. Deputy Taylor initiated a traffic stop when he observed the driver throw objects out the driver side door. Deputy Taylor discovered that the items thrown from the vehicle were a pipe and a syringe. After an investigation, the female driver was arrested for tampering with physical evidence.

On 1/7/2016, Deputy Lambert responded to the 14600 block of Old Humble Pipeline, in Conroe, for a disturbance involving a male and female couple. Upon arrival, the investigation revealed that the female assaulted the male. The female was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 1/9/2016, Deputies Collignon, Winford and Parsons were dispatched to the 4600 block of Timothy Lane, in Cleveland. A male complainant advised another male had pointed a gun at him and then ran down to Firewood Drive. Deputies arrived to the Firewood Drive home and identified the male suspect. It was determined that the male suspect had previous felony convictions. The male suspect was arrested for deadly conduct and unlawful possession of firearm by a felon.

Deputy Davidson was dispatched to a burglary of a building on 1/8/2016, in the 11000 block of Vernwood, in Willis. The Female complainant stated her mother had seen a female and her young child at her daughter’s home, walking from a shed on the property. The female stated that there was a male on location and that they were looking for clothing the daughter had given them.

It was later determined that the male and female did not have permission to be on the property. The male was arrested for burglary of building and 13 active warrants.

On 1/10/2016, Deputy Collignon was dispatched, along with Deputy Winford, to the 1700 block of Brandon Lane, in reference to a disturbance. An investigation revealed that a male was sitting in a relative’s home when he heard noise outside. The relative checked and observed a male suspect carrying a milk crate with tools that had previously been stolen from his father’s shed. The male chased the suspect and caught him, returning him to the home. After an investigation, the male suspect was arrested on theft of property charges.

On 1/10/2016, Deputy Merlos was dispatched to a business at the 18300 block of Highway 105 East, in reference to a disturbance. Reportedly a male suspect assaulted the male complainant and as the complainant laid on the floor as a result of the assault, a female suspect kicked him in the head. The complainant was transported to the hospital for evaluation and treatment. Both suspects were located and transported to the Montgomery County Jail on assault causing bodily injury charges.
