On March 16, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the Splashtown Waterpark located in 21300 North Freeway in reference to two male suspects who broke into the business and were skateboarding on the rides. Upon arriving, Constable Deputies took custody of the suspects from the park security and identified them as Aaron Pullum and Kemper Brown.
“Aaron Pullum and Kemper Brown were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Criminal Trespass. Their bonds and court information have not been set at this time.” – Constable Mark Herman
