They ran, but they didn’t get far…

On January 5, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputies Langston and Pierce responded to an attempt to locate on a vehicle connected to a robbery at 3040 College Park Drive. They located the vehicle a short time later and initiated a traffic stop near Rayford Road. As the vehicle stopped, the passenger jumped out of the car. The suspect, a 21 year old male, was detained and charged with aggravated robbery and evading. The driver, a 22 year old, was also taken into custody for aggravated robbery. Both suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident

On January 5th, Deputy Rodriguez was dispatched to the Adult Probation office at 9200 Grogans Mill Road, in reference to a warrant service. The suspect, an 18 year old male, was confirmed to have two outstanding warrants, was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On January 5th, Deputy Leck and Deputy Rascoe were dispatched to the adult probation office at 9200 Grogans Mill, in reference to a warrant service. The suspect, a 47 year old male, was confirmed to have an outstanding warrant, was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident..

On January 6th, Deputy Walters observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the Sawmill Park, after park hours. Deputy Walters made contact with the two occupants and found that one of them, a 22 year old female, had two outstanding warrants for her arrest. After confirming the warrants, the suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On January 8, Deputy Brown was dispatched to 3040 College Park, in reference to a shoplifter in custody call. The suspect, a 39 year old female, attempted to take $114.35 worth of merchandise from Walmart. The suspect was taken into custody for the theft and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On January 8, Deputy B. Evans was dispatched to a welfare check in the 3200 block of FM 1488, where a vehicle had gone off the road into the ditch. Upon arrival, Deputy Evans made contact with the driver, a 20 year old female. The driver had slurred speech and was found to have a mason jar containing a green leafy substance, identified as marijuana, in her vehicle. The suspect was taken into custody for possession of marijuana and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On January 9, Deputy Pearson was dispatched to 1100 Lake Woodlands Dr., in reference to two shoplifters in custody. The suspects, a 16 year old female and a 17 year old female, attempted to take $635.54 worth of merchandise from Target. The suspects were taken in to custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail and Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility without incident.
